The quickly and easily removable top makes cleaning particularly easy. Parts that get dirty quickly are loosely attached and fit in the dishwasher.
Stainless steel
The O.F.B. is constructed of premium 304 stainless steel. The interior of the grill is completely welded and sealed.
Lever Control
In order to set the torque of the height adjustment perfectly, regardless of whether a light fish, a porterhouse steak or a pizza is being prepared on the pizza stone, we have designed a brake which can be steplessly locked on the back with a handle.
Portability
The grill is about as compact and heavy as a crate of beer. Integrated recessed grips make it easy to move.
